Theodore T. Brooks, Jr., M.D., F.A.A.F.P.
Dr. Brooks received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Bowman Gray School of Medicine, Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem, NC. He completed his residency at the Central Maine Medical Center, Lewinston, ME. Dr. Brooks is Board Certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. He began practicing at Derry Medical Center in 1981.

 

John P. Daley, M.D., F.A.A.F.P.
Dr. Daley received his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Harvard College, Cambridge, MA, and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Wisconsin Medical School in Madison, WI. He completed his residency at Brown University, Providence, RI, and is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Daley began practicing at Derry Medical Center in 1994.

 

Cristi Egenolf, M.D., F.A.A.F.P.
Dr. Egenolf received her Bachelor of Arts from Scripps College in Claremont, CA, and her Doctor of Medicine from Chicago Medical School, Chicago, IL. She completed her residency at the University of Wyoming Family Practice Residency Program, Cheyenne, WY where she also served as the Family Practice Residency Chief Resident. Dr. Egenolf is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She began practicing at Londonderry Family Practice Center in 2004.

 

Christine Hand, M.D., F.A.A.F.P.
Dr. Hand received her Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and her Doctor of Medicine from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA. Dr. Hand completed her residency at the Malden Hospital Family Practice Residency program, an affiliate of Boston University School of Medicine, where she also served as a Chief Resident. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Hand began practicing at Londonderry Family Practice Center in 1999.

Jonathan Kilroy, D.O., F.A.A.F.P.
Dr. Kilroy received his Bachelor of Science from the State University of NY Maritime College and his Doctor of Oosteopathic Medicine from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Practice at the Maine-Dartmouth Family Practice Residency Program in Augusta, ME and is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Kilroy practices in the Derry Medical Center Office.

 

Rebecca Krasnof, M.D.
Dr. Krasnof graduated from Brown University in Providence, RI with a B.A. in Human Biology. She received her medical degree from the Brown University School of Medicine, and completed her residency training at the Tufts University Family Medicine Residency in Malden, MA. She is Board Eligible in Family Medicine, and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Krasnof is accepting new patients at the Derry Medical Center office.

 

ShuWei Liu, M.D., F.A.A.F.P.
Dr. Liu received her Doctor of Medicine from SUNY-Brooklyn Medical School in Brooklyn, NY. She completed her medical internship and residency at the University of Massachusetts Family Practice Program, Worcester, MA. Dr. Liu is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, and is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese. Prior to joining our practice, she was an urgent care physician at Family Health & Social Services Center in Worcester, MA. Dr. Liu began practicing at Derry Medical Center in 2004.

 

Gregory M. Lynch, M.D., F.A.A.F.P.
Dr. Lynch received his Bachelor of Science from State University at New York, Binghamton and received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Rome School of Medicine and Surgery. He completed his residency at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Worcester, MA, where he also served as the Family Practice Residency Chief Resident. Dr. Lynch is Board Certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. He began practicing at Derry Medical Center in 1989.

Diane MacKinnon, M.D., F.A.A.F.P.
Dr. MacKinnon received her medical degree from SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn, New York and her residency training Family Practice at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, Maine. She sees patients in the Derry Medical Center office on Tuesdays and Fridays.

 

 

Elisa Mercuro, D.O., F.A.A.F.P.
Dr. Mercuro comes to us from Parkland Family Practice. She received her Medical Degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, Kirksville, MO, and completed her training at NH Dartmouth Family Practice Residency in Concord, NH. Dr. Mercuro is Board Certified in Family Practice, and cares for both children and adults out of our Derry Medical Center office.

 

Sarah Murai, M.D., F.A.A.F.P.
Dr. Murai graduated magna cum laude from Carleton College, in Northfield, MN., with a B.A. in Biology. She received her medical degree from Columbia College of Physicians & Surgeons, New York, NY and completed her residency training in Family Practice at Contra Costa Family Practice Residency Program, Martinez, CA. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Murai is bilingual in English and Spanish, and will be seeing patients in the Derry office.

 
Albert C. Northcutt, M.D., F.A.A.F.P.
Dr. Northcutt received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Denver and received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Colorado, Denver, CO. He completed his residency at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Worcester, MA, where he also served as the Family Practice Residency Chief Resident. Dr. Northcutt is Board Certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. He began practicing at Londonderry Family Practice Center in 1990.

Dennis G. Rork, M.D., F.A.A.F.P.
Dr. Rork received his Bachelor of Arts from Holy Cross College and his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. He completed his residency at the Naval Regional Medical Center, Charleston, SC. Dr. Rork is Board Certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine, and began practicing at Derry Medical Center in 1986. Dr. Rork currently practices in the Londonderry office.

 

Daniel Waszkowski, M.D., F.A.A.F.P.
Dr. Waszkowski received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine, Indianapolis, IN and completed his family practice residency at the the San Jose Medical Center in San Jose, CA. He is board certified in Family Practice and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the New Hampshire Medical Societies, and the American Medical Association. Dr. Waszkowski practices in the Londonderry Family Practice Center office.

Dr. Welter received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Notre Dame and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Practice at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Welter practices in the Londonderry Family Practice Center office.

 

John H. Wheeler, D.O., F.A.A.F.P.
Dr. Wheeler received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rochester and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency at the Crozer Keystone Health System in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Wheeler is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He began practicing at Derry Medical Center in 1999.
